Classes

  • Our trainers run a mixture of circuit and HIIT classes that improve all-over function to meet the physical demands of your job.

    Our high intensity full body classes target the cardio aspect of fitness while still focusing on all the major muscle groups.

    Workouts include a variety of bodyweight to weighted exercises designed to keep the heart pumping hard!

    Circuit & HIIT classes are free and available for Health & Fitness members only.

    Absolute Balance and Ashleigh Wright PT run our circuit and HIIT classes, full class descriptions are available on the timetable.

  • Personal Training helps you to achieve the results you want more rapidly. PT keeps you motivated; improves your technical skills; introduces new ways of training; and will ensure every workout counts.

    Our staff are highly trained and motivated to help you achieve the best results. We use the services of Ashleigh Wright PT, who also runs some of our group classes.

    Members liaise with the trainers directly to organise a suitable time and are welcome to use the Club facilities for the PT session – just check the current class timetable to make sure the session doesn’t coincide with a class.

    Please be aware that the Group Fitness Room is a shared member space and a PT session does not mean you have booked the space exclusively.

    Fees are paid directly to Ashleigh Wright PT.

    1 client 45 mins - $70

    1 client 60 mins - $80

    2-3 clients 45 mins - $85 total

    2-3 clients 60 mins - $95 total

    10% discount for 12 sessions

    20% discount for 24 sessions
