Social and Health & Fitness Members membership includes access to online movie tickets, event tickets and online purchases through Neat Ideas.

Health & Fitness Membership includes 24-hour gym access on the QEII Medical Centre Site.

The gym area is accessible 24 hours via swipe access available through the Social Club office.

The gym is unsupervised and has 24-hour CCTV and two duress alarms connected to onsite security for the safety of users.

Prior to receiving gym access members are required to attend a 15-minute appraisal with one of the club trainers. The appraisal includes a health assessment and gym induction - and is a requirement of our insurance. We advise that members complete the questionnaire online prior to their appraisal.

H&F Members can get a free 30- to 40-minute health assessment and exercise plan once a year by booking two consecutive appraisal slots. Please contact the office to arrange this.

A variety of HIIT classes are on offer throughout the week, included in your membership & run by qualified trainers.

The Social Club runs a monthly raffle. Social and Health & Fitness Members need to enter each month through the newsletter and the Club gives away great prizes donated by our sponsors.

Social and Health & Fitness members are eligible for benefits and discounts from local retailers by showing your membership sticker.
